Great to read about the shortlist and I hope we can fit one of those.

We are a patient community with members worldwide, who live with a demon in their heads. Its called "Cluster Headaches" but could better be called suicide headached because of the sheer pain and people ending their life's out of desperation.

As community we collect our own experiences and join them together to try and give new patients insight in the best ways to treat our pain. This way our current suffering can help others in the future.

Being a patient advocate, I know many patient communities are looking for something similar. A place where they can collect their own experiences and use those to help find solutions and improve their lives.

Currently there is no platform or place where we as community can collect and analyze our own data and information. No way to understand who we are as individual patient, compared to others. No way to get insight in what my personal best treatment could be, based on my data and compared to others.

This is what we are working on with our community

In our rare disease, we have a reach of over 20.000 patients. Many other communities are far more bigger. They are easily contacted through all the existing Facebook-groups with all kinds of diagnoses.

Our project is called nobism(.com) its 100% patient driven but we hope to find a way to make it self-sustainable in the future.

Hi Christina, good luck in this next stage of your journey. Do you cover digital in the UK and it's impact within the NHS? I am currently working as the IT Manager for the biggest GP federation in the UK with a combined patient size of 1.2 million. If this is of interest please get in touch. Rus Clark

Congratulations to you and more power. Would like to hear more on your thoughts regarding health care trends. Also are those funds e.g. Fund IV open to public participation? And do you have a blog that we could read?

Thank you very much.

Christina: Actually....this move will only serve to enhance your writing insights and discovery acumen within the HC technology and innovation arena's. And having a busy, investigative investment entity sitting right beside you, is amazing, instantaneous feedback. IMHO...that is rare for HC focused reporters career segues. Sitting here in the raging growth oriented BioScience entrepreneurial field of Colorado....yes we too will be reaching out. Yet only when there is traction-able and revelatory news to share. Congratulations ~ stay distanced ~ very healthy and Onward! to your new pathway.

Wow! Congrats. What exciting news for you... if sad for us readers. I will truely miss your reporting and insights on what's happening in health tech. However, innovative ideas need funding too and your perspective should make you an excellent Health Tech VC. Congrats again, and thanks for helping educate us all on this growing space.

This is interesting that my instinct was telling me one day you would be a VC and this is why I sent you a message about it in 2019. I don’t know why but this is what I felt from some of your writings and Twitter Polls! Nonetheless Congratulations and keep up the good work 😊
